Software and operational digitalization for complex processes
We design and implement custom software, integrations and automation that connect a company’s real processes — from transport and logistics through ERP, documents, operations and back-office flows.
20+ years of experience in software development, operational systems and process integration — Brașov, Romania. We are not an AI agency.
Digitalization built around the real process, not a generic product.
We step in when the operational flow does not fit cleanly into a standard ERP or CRM — and we build the technical part: software, integrations, automation and, where it is worth it, AI.
Custom operational software
Systems built on the company’s actual workflow: tracking, validation, exceptions and reporting — not forcing a generic product to fit.
ERP / TMS / API integrations
We connect the systems already in place — ERP, TMS, platforms, databases and APIs — so data moves without copy-paste between departments.
Workflow automation
We identify the repetitive steps and automate them where the rules are clear, with human control on exceptions.
Documents, email and data turned into processes
From emails, attachments, spreadsheets and documents we extract structured, validated data ready for internal systems.
Systems for logistics and operations
Transport, compound, fleet, inventory, traceability and back office — where the operation is more complex than a standard module.
AI used selectively in processes
We use AI only where it helps an existing flow — extraction, classification, assistance. It does not replace architecture, rules or human decisions.
When Bluemind is a good fit
We do not replace an ERP that already works. We complete what sits outside it.
We are useful when the problem is the process and the systems that do not talk to each other — not when an off-the-shelf product is enough.
Standard ERP/CRM software does not cover the actual workflow.
Several systems need to communicate, and data gets lost between them.
People copy information by hand between email, Excel, documents and software.
Operational knowledge lives mainly in people, not in systems.
Some funded digitalization projects need custom implementation, not licenses alone.
Existing software needs extensions and integrations, not replacement.
Relevant experience
Operational projects, not showcase demos.
The experience below comes from real implementation, integration and operational optimization projects: transport, inventory, documents, examinations and service.

Applied AI
Automotive terminal and transport operations
Problem
Parking, vehicle movements and reporting were hard to keep current; compound, transport and finance ran on parallel tracks.
What we built
Operational software for automated parking-lot generation and tracking, plus connections between compound, transport and finance, with operational reporting — for a Romanian logistics operator in the Renault/Dacia/Nissan ecosystem.
Operational effect
Departments work from the same compound and transport data, not from lists rebuilt by hand.
Transport management and fleet workflows
Problem
The client needed transport, fleet and billing to run as one operational flow, on top of the systems and processes already in place.
What we built
We built custom transport-management, fleet and billing functionality, integrated into the existing operational flow.
Operational effect
Transport operations and billing sit on the same thread, with less manual work between screens.
Inventory, manufacturing and food traceability
Problem
Inventory, manufacturing, shipping and purchasing had to be tracked together — including when a recall is needed.
What we built
Platform architecture covering inventory, manufacturing, shipping and purchasing, with QuickBooks integration and traceability workflows.
Operational effect
Stock, production and shipping sit on the same thread; a recall can start from data, not from reconstruction in email and Excel.
Business documents at a 3D-printing company
Problem
Billing and shipping documents were generated by hand, with repetitive content work to keep the system up to date.
What we built
Automated business-document generation and process optimization at Beamler BV (Netherlands), for billing and shipping flows.
Operational effect
Less manual work on documents and on the content that had to be updated every time.
Evaluator association: data, website and exams
Problem
Data management, the website and the examination system were separate; part of the work was still done by hand.
What we built
A data-management platform connected to the website and the Moodle examination system, plus automation of previously manual workflows.
Operational effect
Registrations, data and examinations move between systems, not by copying from one screen to another.
Mobile-device servicing management
Problem
Service cases, cross-department communication and job tracking were hard to keep under control.
What we built
A custom operational system for tracking, department communication, monitoring and reporting.
Operational effect
Each case has a visible thread across departments, with less information lost along the way.
How a project starts
We start from the existing workflow, not from a module list.
The first conversations are there to see what is worth building, what should be integrated, and what stays with the people who run the process.
1
Understand the current workflow
How orders, documents, stock or shipments move today — and where time is lost or data breaks.
2
Identify what should be automated
We separate what should be integrated, what needs custom software, and what stays manual, with human control.
3
Define the solution and scope
Architecture, integrations, limits and deliverables — clear enough for the project to be estimated and executed.
4
Build incrementally
We deliver pieces that can be used in operations, not a system that is “ready” only at the end.
5
Validate with real users
We check with the people who work the process every day — exceptions, data, reports — and we adjust.
For a funded digitalization project, we can work with the company and its funding consultant on technical scoping and implementation. We do not write grant applications and we are not a grant evaluator or intermediary.
For funding consultants
Do you have clients whose technical needs go beyond standard products?
When a client's project involves specific processes, integrations or custom software, we can take over the technical component — from definition through to implementation. You keep the funding and documentation side; we handle technical analysis, architecture and implementation.
If the project needs implementation, not just licenses — let’s talk.
Send a short note on the context: which process is in play, which systems already exist, and whether you work with a funding consultant. I reply personally within 1–2 business days.
